F\u00f6r i s\u00e5 fall kan man ju lika g\u00e4rna tills\u00e4tta lite protein i Marabou chokladen och kalla den h\u00e4lsobiten. Ni f\u00f6rst\u00e5r po\u00e4ngen.<\/p>\n<p>Men nu ska inte detta handla om bars utan om proteinpulver.<br \/>\nEftersom <em>Goodlife bars<\/em> blivit en succ\u00e8 s\u00e5 forts\u00e4tter man p\u00e5 den v\u00e5gen och tar fram ett protein pulver med samma namn. Lockande kan m\u00e5nga tycka! \u00c4ven jag sj\u00e4lv blev lite nyfiken.<br \/>\nSnygga p\u00e5sar och ser v\u00e4ldigt tilltalande ut.<\/p>\n<p>Men kritisk som jag \u00e4r b\u00f6rjade jag kolla inneh\u00e5llsf\u00f6rteckningen, till min stora f\u00f6rv\u00e5ning s\u00e5 ser jag ett inneh\u00e5ll (p\u00e5 2 av smakerna) med <strong>raffinerad fraktionerad palmolja<\/strong>! Sen forts\u00e4tter jag studera inneh\u00e5llet och kollar n\u00e4ringsv\u00e4rdena ( nu skiljer det sig lite fr\u00e5n smak till smak) men att protein som inneh\u00e5ller:<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\n68g protein per 100g<br \/>\n15g kolhydrater per 100g ( d\u00e5 \u00e4r inte fibrer p\u00e5 6.5g medr\u00e4knat)<br \/>\n11.9g socker per 100g<br \/>\nSamt 0.88g salt per 100g<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>D\u00e5 undrar jag hur man kan f\u00e5 kalla det f\u00f6r proteinpulver? Det \u00e4r rena rama tjockisdrickan.
